Next fall I am taking a class called Educating Diverse Learners. Hi. So excited about that one!
I am a couple of weeks away from my two hundredth post!
I quit my job on Wednesday. I got hired on Monday to be a server at a family restaurant in town. I am calling it Operation: Inhibition Annihilation.
Oh, and it snowed 8" this week. After the first day of spring...
I'm ordering the book. I know it's one my 11 yo will read.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the A-Z challenge.
It snowed for us too. Not that much though. My 8 yo asked why is it snowing when it's spring. I told him, this is Calgary. It even snows in the summer (though fortunately this is not super common).
I'm doing the A-Z challenge too. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteAwesome contests! Have a good weekend!
Why doesn't snow come before and not after. I'm ready to see grass!
ReplyDeleteAs a former server I can say being a server is total Inhibition Annihilation. There is nothing like the need to earn money to get you out of your shell. Plus it is a great way to observe people. Good Luck.
ReplyDeleteYay, Christine! So excited for her release! This one I have to have for my kiddos!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a really cool class, J!
And that challenge is pretty dang cool. But intense. Good luck!
Inhibition Annihilation! Love it.
ReplyDeleteI love this post - and your contests..AWESOME!
ReplyDeleteCongrats to Christine!!
ReplyDeleteGood luck at the new job! I was a server for years. As long as you can be friendly and funny with customers you're golden.
Good luck with your job. I'm sure you will be a very friendly server. I would be a terrible one because I'd forget everything or drop something. But I would be smiling! Good luck on Op IA!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the publicity! I really appreciate your support!
ReplyDeleteOoooh, good luck with the new job, I'm sure in ten years we shall be eating in Jonathon's restaurant chain :)))
ReplyDeletePS, don't forget to hire Dezzy as your cake baker then, I'm brilliant in making cakes :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck at your new job. Thanks for posting about Anita's new blog. I bookmarked it.
ReplyDeleteHi Jon. Lots of good stuff going on here. Good luck with the job. And that class you're going to take looks great!!
