For The Win!
Okay, so lots of late night chatting and brainstorming, and epiphanitizing has led me to START OVER on a new WiP, a YA dystopian. I know, that bandwagon is HUGE, but I am convinced I can squeeze out a fresh perspective with my story. Wish me luck. I'll keep you posted.
Good luck! :)
ReplyDeleteOoh. dystopian. I can barely spell that! I'm more realistic contemporary. But world building is the coolest. Go you! Good luck!
ReplyDeletehaha, FTW. I don't usually use acronym slang, other than OMG and LOL, but I do use that one. Its just so cute.
ReplyDeleteand GOOD LUCK! It will be amazing, J!
Up until a few weeks ago, I had no idea what FTW meant. I'd assumed it was something goofy like (Bleep) The Werewolf or something that didn't make any sense like Pwned. Turns out, the truth is kind of cute. I agree, For The Win is sweet. And so is your idea for your book. Rock and roll, bro!
ReplyDeleteI must say, I'd always wondered about FTW, so thanks for the research :) Don't you just love that new shiny WIP feeling? Looking forward to hearing about the journey.
ReplyDeleteGood luck Jon!
ReplyDeleteI somehow have't lurked here in a while, and just noticing your fab new look. Awesome! Late, I know, but just wanted to say it.
ReplyDeleteI DO wish you luck! Type away, my friend!
ReplyDeleteGood luck, kiddo, on your new WIP. MIH (Make It Happen) ... I just made that up. (Smiles)
ReplyDeleteGood luck Jon! I KNOW it will be awesome :) I want to hear all about it.
ReplyDeleteGood luck to you, Jon!!
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of FTW, yesterday at a concert I stood in line behind a guy (who mentioned to his friend he had just gotten out of jail...yikes!) with three words with the initials FTW tattooed below his neck. T was the, W was world. F was a swear word. Classy.
I am excited about this.
ReplyDeleteNot so much the acronym as the wip.
