1. I hereby ban the use of chagrin from future use in YA books. There, I said it. And yes, I can do that.
2. I am officially going back into my break. The past few days were awesome, thanks for condoning my indulgences! Again, I'll be back mid-April. I will be in Illinois for a while and then back and rearing to go!
Boo to leaving...again! But I understand. Miss you already!
ReplyDeleteHave fun in Illinios!
ReplyDeleteI agree with the chagrin thing, but not with your leaving! I mean, I guess if it's for writing purposes and such...
ReplyDeleteI believe that you were just 'showing off' by even USING the word CHAGRIN....we all know what that means...don't we writers..? ...er....where's the flipping dictionary again??
ReplyDeleteI am chagrined to hear that you are leaving.
ReplyDeleteWhat PMM said, and, also, doesn't Kelly live in Illinois? I think you should pop in for a visit.
ReplyDeleteI was totally going to say what PMM said and then what Anita said. (although I didn't think of that part about Kelly.) Now I'm just going to put that word in my WIP. (But I will probably misspell it.)
ReplyDeleteWhat they all said, also.
ReplyDeleteWhat they said. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd isn't it odd that I was in your state a few days ago (yet too far south from you) and you will be in my state next week (yet too far south from me!).
ReplyDeleteAre you visiting family in Illinois? I have been in the city you are visiting once, and it was to go to a Male Strip Club for my friend's 21st birthday :).
I gave you a blog award (like two weeks ago. I fail at notifying people of these things). Congrats!

Kelly, totally odd!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a good break until next week. And I totally agree with chagrin. And you know what other word simply has to go? "purchase." I'm so sick of YA's not being able to find purchase on something. It's in like, every book I read.
